- All events submitted to our calendar are NOT official until approved by our team and then appear on our calendar.
- Events may NOT be advertised until they have been approved by our team and appear on our event calendar.
- All references to the event online must include a link back to the details on our official event calendar.
- All changes to the event must be made through our staff and be updated on our event calendar BEFORE being advertised elsewhere.
- The Battle Standard reserves the right to update, change, postpone, or cancel an event at any time. We will always do our best to never inconvenience you or our customers however sometimes circumstances warrant changes beyond our control. We will offer a chance to reschedule should one be available.
