CORE & ELITE MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
Membership term includes 12 months starting on the date of payment with no auto-renewal upon end of annual term. TBS-X CORE Membership is $55.00 payable upon starting the program. 10 TBS-X ELITE Memberships will be offered to randomly selected CORE members. Selected Members who choose to upgrade for the additional $55.00 ($110.00 total) will become an ELITE member and gain the ELITE benefits listed below. ELITE Memberships are owned by the selected Member until allowed to expire at which point another CORE Member will be selected and offered the upgrade. By purchasing any of the memberships you agree that you have been provided a copy of and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Clarification on terms and conditions for discounts, specials and offers are as follows:
I. 10% off in-store purchases. Includes all in-store purchases on regularly stocked items. Special orders may not qualify. NOT to be combined with any other discounts, specials or offers. Exceptions indicated were applicable.
II. 10 x $5.00 OFF coupons to use at your convenience. Valid on purchases of $25.00 or more. NOT to be combined with any other specials, discounts or offers. Lost coupons can not be replaced. Coupons are the responsibility of the membership holder and not that of The Battle Standard LLC.
III. $10 “Product of the Week” discount access. “Product of the Week” will be posted in-store at start of business every Monday. Item(s) are guaranteed to be a regularly priced value of over $10.00 pre-tax. Members may purchase the item(s) for $10.00 plus CT state tax up until close of business Sunday of each week. NOT to be combined with any other specials, discounts or offers.
IV. $10 OFF any one event entry fee of $10 or more. Event must be held at The Battle Standard, 1540F Pleasant Valley Road Manchester CT. Discount is granted to the member and only 1 time per membership term. NOT to be combined with any other specials, discounts or offers.
V. 10th of the month FREE raffle ticket for a $10.00 in-store credit. On the 10th day of the month (or the following business day) one (1) randomly selected member will receive a $10.00 in-store credit towards a single purchase of one or more items. The entire $10.00 amount must be spent during this purchase.
VI. 50% OFF “Snack of the Week” access. “Snack of the Week” will be posted in-store at start of business every Monday. Selected item will be discounted at time of purchase by 50% of the pre-tax regular price. Offer lasts until close of business Sunday of each week. NOT to be combined with any other specials, discounts or offers.
VII. 50% OFF “Drink of the Week” access. “Drink of the Week” will be posted in-store at start of business every Monday. Selected item will be discounted at time of purchase by 50% of the pre-tax regular price. Offer lasts until close of business Sunday of each week. NOT to be combined with any other specials, discounts or offers.
VIII. $10.00 store credit on the member’s birthday. Members that visit The Battle Standard on their birthday (proof of birth required, following business day if store is otherwise closed for business) will receive a $10.00 in-store credit to be used on that day only. NOT to be combined with any other specials, discounts or offers.
IX. ADDITIONAL 10% OFF on any one item on the 10th of any month. Members making purchases in-store on the 10th of any month will receive an additional 10% off any one item. This offer is good one time per day only. This offer may be combined with item #1 in these terms and conditions titled “10% off in-store purchases” as indicated in these terms and conditions. NOT to be combined with any other specials, discounts or offers.
X. 10th Month (October) Member Appreciation Event invitation. In October of your membership year join us for our Membership Appreciation Event. Location and time to be determined. Event will be held at a location for all ages and food and entertainment will be provided. Your membership card required for entry. Guests will be required to purchase a ticket for the event.

Free product information will be posted in-store for all ELITE membership card holders including time of availability. Item(s) are guaranteed to be a regularly priced value of over $10.00 pre-tax. Members may only collect their free products in person and only during the days of availability as posted in the store. Items are guaranteed to be in stock or one will be ordered and provided outside of the availability time frame. NOT to be combined with any other specials, discounts or offers.
III. On 10/10 of your membership year receive our employee discount of 35% on any one (1) item in the store.

IV. 10 Exclusive TBS 16mm d6 dice.
Included with membership and provided at time of membership purchase. Limited edition, only 100 made, 10 per ELITE card holder.
V. Call ahead Table & Terrain Reservation privileges.
Two (2) hour advanced notice required. Table choice and terrain type permitted. Table will be held for 30 minutes past the requested time at which point the reservation will be forfeit. Not available during events or tournaments.
NON-SPECIFIC TERMS:
- One membership per customer.
- Only carrying card-holders may use the membership benefits. Discounts, specials and offers may not be distributed or used by friends or family. The Battle Standard LLC reserves the right to revoke a membership without refund in cases of abuse.
- Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately. New cards will be provided after a $5.00 materials fee is paid.
- To use the membership discounts, specials or offers you must have your membership card present at the time of purchase. No exceptions will be permitted.
