 e a part of war\, logistics and resources can be vital.  Traditional Victo
 ry Points will play a role\, but “Cache and Prizes” scenarios will encoura
 ge players to gather resources (“Cache”)\, then balance the value of safeg
 uarding those assets against the inherent risks involved with capturing ev
